I am an independent feral cat Trap, Neuter and Return specialist. I assist people in getting intact feral cats fixed and at least one rabies vaccination in their lives (Shot has been shown to last a lot longer in protection than the law admits to).

I also have assisted with caring for injured or ill feral cats as space and funds allowed.
